Ethan entered the Hirth Group in 2019 as an Investment Associate, while spearheading the retail, mixed-use, office, industrial, land and multifamily market. He specializes with dispositions, acquisitions, and leasing within the San Fernando Valley ranging from Woodland Hills to Burbank. 

 

With a solid real estate background, diligence, charisma, and the mentorship of Daniel Hirth and Alex Reyhan, Ethan promptly became a Senior Investment Associate in a very short span with the company. Throughout his time at the Hirth Group, Ethan has represented clients ranging from notable commercial real estate investors, attorneys, business professionals, and well-known tenants.

Ethan is a sports fanatic who enjoys staying active. He exercises when he is not at work and is always ready for a basketball game. He also likes to watch his favorite team, the Los Angeles Lakers, compete for a title. Ethan volunteers at his local temple and helps the less fortunate because he is committed to making a difference in every aspect of his life and community.
