The property is conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street businesses with direct and easy access to the new METRO light rail transit system; also a few blocks to the west is the Pima Freeway serving the entire Valley of the Sun. The subject property is also within close proximity to downtown Mesa and the city's new arts and entertainment district.
