During the escrow process, many hurdles were presented such as limited financing options, tenants with no leases, building conditions, and liens against the property. Elijah and Joseph successfully negotiated through these issues and were ultimately able to get this deal to the finish line by obtaining a seller carry option for the buyer. The seller’s motivation to sell this asset was to cash out of this property and use the proceeds towards their retirement plan. All parties involved with this transaction worked hand in hand to ensure this deal was able to close.
