Born and raised in Los Angeles, I was exposed to the real estate industry at a very young age. Some of my earliest childhood memories include driving around with my father, collecting rents, remodeling and renovating commercial real estate properties. Real estate was second nature to me – a career path that I was destined to pursue.
With my father’s guidance and mentorship, I graduated from the California State University of Northridge and followed in his footsteps starting my career at Marcus and Millichap in early 2012. In the five years I spent there, I successfully mastered the brokerage skills of acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets, negotiating, and deal making including the following product types: retail, industrial, multi-family, office, and land.
The most unique skill set I possess is an in-depth knowledge in all commercial real estate, a skill hard to find amongst my peers. I have managed, acquired and disposed of commercial real estate properties of all product types in Los Angeles County over the past decade.
The most vital role I play for my clients is as an advisor - by taking an in depth look at their real estate portfolio and restructuring if necessary. Thus, guaranteeing their equity is working for them at peak performance yielding them the best return and shielding their income through depreciation and interest payments.
My unparalleled expertise in marketing, negotiating, financing, managing, and sales has contributed to over 187 transactions exceeding $408,700,000 in sales. My success in the real estate market is founded on a relentless work ethic, integrity, and honesty, all of which allow me to play a vital role for my clients’ financial benefit. I am highly organized, and I ensure that each transaction runs smoothly until escrow closes. Working closely with clients that become family is what I live for.
Aside from insuring my clients the most amount of money possible, one of my greatest joys is taking on promising members of the younger generation and giving them the opportunity to join The Hirth Group. When I’m not closing deals, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife Adi and my amazing sons, Alexander and Lev. I avidly follow the stock market and the emerging cryptocurrency markets. I enjoy outdoor activities such as hockey, basketball, tennis, golf, and snowboarding.
