The Buyer is a Dentist, looking to occupy a previous dental practice, while having a sense of security of income from the other rented units.  Alex Reyhan and Daniel Hirth were able to identify a 13,011 SF building with a Dental practice that’s currently MTM for the owner user, while having Three (3) other tenants / office suites already occupied. The Hirth Group was able to negotiate over $1,000,000 off the listed price for our client and secure enough time for financing.
