The buyer had some missteps when it came down to obtaining financing.  As a result, the buyer added more money into escrow in the form of a deposit in lieu of getting more time to get close the deal.  With time running out and a large deposit on the line, the buyer ultimately ended up going with a hard money lender, referred to him by The Hirth Group, to finance the transaction. All in all, Daniel and Elijah were able to navigate through some tough obstacles to get this deal to the finish line for their client.
