After a rigorous marketing campaign that lasted nearly a year, Daniel and Elijah were able to successfully close escrow.  This multi-tenant retail storefront was comprised of approximately 3,132 SF of building on an estimated 5,842 SF lot, with one of the two units vacant at COE.  The motivation for the seller was to liquidate the asset and move the funds out of California, while the buyer plans on occupying the space for their new business venture.  Amidst the uncertainty of the real estate and financial markets due to Covid-19, Daniel and Elijah were successful in getting the deal closed.
