Verona Villas Trade at $701,000 Per Unit

The developer of Verona VIllas sold the 21 individually parceled condominiums to MLT Properties for $14.73 million, or more than $701,000 per unit. The 36,357-square-foot multifamily building sits at 10640 Woodbridge St. in Toluca Lake, CA. It consists of two- and three-bedroom, condo-quality units that could be sold off separately or continue to be rented out. The property is equipped with a fitness center and gated underground parking. The units have air conditioning, balconies, fireplaces, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Jeff Louks and Daniel Hirth of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. Matt Ziegler, also with Marcus & Millichap, represented the buyer.
